The Austrian PropTech Initiative (apti) was founded to secure the digital future of the Austrian real estate industry in Austria and in international competition. Innovation and digitisation are the turbo of the traditional industry. Mission of apti is to promote this potential underutilized in Austria and developing to network all relevant participants.

The initiative links start-ups, decision-makers of the real estate industry, universities, public authorities and politicians, business angels, investors, venture capitalists and PropTech funds. The Association is a politically neutral, association and interest-wide communication platform for his PropTech member companies to politicians, the media, the public and other business associations.
