Apti is available to all companies and start-ups in the real estate industry, universities, representatives of the public sector and politics, investors and business angels with a real estate-related connection as a platform for networking with PropTechs but also among each other.

• The membership fee for PropTechs younger than 3 years is 400 € per year.
• The membership fee for established PropTechs is € 1,200 per year.
• The membership fee for corporates is € 2,500 per year.

The membership includes:

• All activities of the association for lobbying, networking and mediation
• public relation
• Participation in the PropTech Meet-Ups
• Discounts on tickets at national and international events such as MIPIM, EXPO REAL, Future: PropTech Vienna, Berlin and London and all apti events
• Advice for PropTechs on legal and tax issues
